G. Karl Bernard
Karl is a retired NFL running back, formerly of the Detroit Lions; a former Petroleum Engineer for Marathon Oil Company; an accomplished singer; a practicing attorney; and an Adjunct Professor at Loyola School of Law and Tulane University College instructing in the areas of Sports and Entertainment Law. Karl's experience in professional athletics and as an instructor in the areas of Sports and Entertainment Law gives him a unique insight into the contractual, marketing and various legal needs of the professional athlete and coach. Karl serves as a sports and entertainment representative and CEO of Victory Sports & Entertainment.

Cassie C. Bernard
Cassie is an Electrical Engineer with nine years experience in the design, development and maintenance of computer hardware and software. With her extensive technical knowledge, Cassie serves as a computer consultant for Victory and its clients. She is responsible for the development of the firm's web site and newsletter to provide information to the world about Victory's outstanding clients. Cassie also serves as Victory's Executive Administrator.

Ed Edmonds
Ed is the Professor of Law at St.Thomas School of Law. He is one of the pioneer instructors in the now popular field of sports and entertainment law. Ed specializes in the laws and regulations that govern the sports and entertainment industries. Ed serves as head of Victory's research department for all sports and entertainment issues.

Dennis "DJ" Joseph
DJ is a graduate of Loyola University and a product of the renown NYU film making school. He is the chairman of the New Orleans Media Center and serves as commissioner for the New Orleans Film Commission. At Victory, DJ is responsible for all client media needs: from creating commercials promoting client charities and special events, to preparing client video resume's for professional scouts and coaches. He serves as the Director of Victory's in-house production department.

Quintin "Q" Thomas
Quintin is a graduate of the Univesity of Southwestern Louisiana where he was an outstanding linebacker and defensive coach. He has coached with many well known and respected coaches across the country including Pat Washington (Univ. of Tennessee), Jimmy Higgins (Florida State Univ.) and David Culley (Philadelphia Eagles) to name a few. Q acts as Victory's liaison with the business communities. His duties also include event planning and client development.
